One of the things that educators struggle with is finding "authentic" venues for their students. I guess I am still looking but I am beginning to create a blog of their work. As a teacher of students with learning disabilities and as a recovering dyslexic (you are always recovering if you are born dyslexic), I am too aware of the of pressures of school. My intent this year is to post some of their written work and a few links that might be helpful. We are working on some basic stuff right now and I subscribe to Maureen Auman's program called Step Up To Writing. Take a look at this program if you are interested in teaching kids a great system of writing. My opinion of course.
