I have always loved horses. Though I knew little about Barbaro, I did know enough to understand that he and his trainer (who survived a horrendous jet crash) were special. One false step in the world of horse racing is all it takes. I wonder if this wonderful horse will survive the next few weeks as such breaks usually are life threatening to such an animal. Hope he does.
