Exercise is Medicine...

Prolonged static postures are bad, even if you exercise.

"Warning:  Before beginning a program of physical inactivity, consult your doctor.  Sedentary living is abnormal and dangerous to your health."

When engaging large muscle groups, increased blood flow will impact the brain.  More resistant to stress.  Blood increased to the cerebral cortex.

Not exercising is bad for everyone.

He contends that you need to exercise about 5 minutes (moderate to vigorous) per hour.  Also, consistent exercise improves cognitive skills.
